Unit 555 is working together with Unit 133 Huntington Beach to collect sundries, snacks, games, and letters and cards of support for our troops on deployment. We also welcome any monetary donations to help cover the cost of shipping. Please review the list below and help out if you can. <3

Post 555 thanks the Post Family and Friends for all the support this holiday season. We were able to adopt two families for the VA Long Beach Operation Santa Claus Project. In addition we also provided ten $25 grocery gift cards for the SATC Womens Health Program, also at the Long Beach the VA. We also brought a truck load of toys over to the Orangewood Home for Children, who at the time had no toys yet for the Christmas holiday. Our Post Family also filled two giant boxes for Toys 4 Tots!

Thanks to the very awesome Post 555 friends and family, we were able to raise enough to provide Thanksgiving for 23 families! Give yourselves a round of applause, because we EXCEEDED our goal of 20 families! We did it! Congratulations! <3 We will present the gift cards at the long Beach VA today 11/17/16.

Lend a helping hand this year to the veterans in the Long Beach VA Transition Program! The Post 555 Family is raising funds to purchase grocery store gift cards to provide Thanksgiving Dinner for a family of four this year.  Our goal is to raise enough to provide 20 Families with $75.00 gift cards. We've got a GoFundMe site [https://www.gofundme.com/thanksgiving-for-veterans] set up, and a donation drop at The Post!
